BUILDING CONSTRUCTION means the construction of the works itself. Based on the documentation provided by the investor (design, construction requirements etc) we can carry out the following:

• We produce a non-binding price offer

• Inform about a time schedule

• Adjust the works or price according to investor's requirements, e.g. up to a financial limit (depending on the extent, quality and circumstances of the construction)

• Settle contractual conditions of the construction with the investor

• Etc.
